Prior Moments

There are many ways an external constituent or an internal team member experiences a company or brand. It could be online, direct mail, third-space community groups, workshops, retreats, or events. I approach all of them similarly with organizational strategy, experience design and change management expertise.

Upleveling existing work, building from scratch, and everything in between are all in my wheelhouse.

Additional moments include:

  • Strategist for internal organizational culture and communication work

  • CRM adoption strategy for launch and post-launch support

  • Strategic planning built on goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics

  • Creation of team values

  • Start/Stop/Continue goals audit

  • AI-enabled operations tracking system

  • CRM engagement behavior code book for data capture and reporting

  • Signature event strategy for fundraising gala

Kind words

Founding Client · Spring 2027

Youth Choir Spring Gala

This client asked for this gala to be a pivot point to cast vision for the organization's next chapter, so guests drive home understanding that this is a youth development organization as much as a choral one. We wrote down the script people expect from a gala, touchpoint by touchpoint, and then we broke it. A brunch-hour gathering instead of an evening one. Students greeting guests at the door and walking them to their seats. A spritz and Italian soda bar as the first thing you see when you walk in. The whole room invited to sing a warm-up alongside the choir. We can capture the choir's brand while still expanding the audience's experience.

Role: Signature event strategy, including guest journey mapping and break-the-script sessions, mood direction, attire and invitation guidance, menu and beverage concepts, floorplan threshold moments, and catering partner coordination

Program and Data Strategy

Led design thinking strategy and crafted playbooks with the team for upleveled volunteer, communications, and experiential offerings to the community. Supported team adoption of a team-first culture grounded in hospitality and curiosity.

Scope: program audit, experiential and volunteer playbooks, budget re-allocation, chapter creation, CRM and data governance.

Theme Immersion

Holiday Brunch with Santa

A brand immersion built from ceiling-suspended greenery installations and scenic photo sets, turning an uninspired room into an experiential success for families.

Scheduled photo times with Santa solved a real guest need - no lines for a festive tradition. The brunch sold out three months in advance.

Role: Lead creative and experiential producer; ran the run-of-show

Scaling the Magic

Alumni Weekend + Leadership Conference

Annual reunion weekends built on 14-month planning cycles: 40+ events per weekend and 1,400 attendees, with 15 day-of staff hired and trained. Simultaneously hosted a 100-person volunteer leadership conference

I managed the vendor ecosystem, design and brand, oversaw event marketing, permit compliance, and high-touch hospitality vignettes, leadership conference agenda and speakers, all in high-heat summer conditions.

Role: Lead creative and experiential producer; oversaw all design, vendors, production timeline, food and beverage; ran the full production run-of-show
