Three 50-minute calls, paid once and spaced out over time as you need them. After each call, you'll get a private link to book the next.

Design Engagements
Intended for when you need strategy support for a larger project or longer collaborative time. Each engagement is scoped with you after a discovery call. Come in curious, eager to build relationships, and intentional in embracing a new way of working.
Signature Event Strategy
One anchor event
Your awards dinner, annual gala, grand opening, or a VIP dinner, redesigned through experience design and a hospitality lens so guests leave feeling pride, insight, elevation, and connection.
How we'll work: 4 design sessions, 2 co-hosted vendor meetings, a staff briefing, a debrief, and support as you need it.
Best timing: 6–10 months before your event.
You'll leave with: an elevated guest journey and run of show with specific actions, a floorplan, a mood board for event design, invitations, collateral, program, and menu. Event marketing recommendations via email, social, and word-of-mouth.
Digital Engagement Design
Your program, end to end
Human-centered design applied to the parts of your program that matter most, balancing operational goals with what your people need emotionally, and metrics to show it's working.
How we'll work: 5 prep calls, 2 co-hosted team calls, a 4-hour team brainstorm, a debrief, and support as you need it.
Best timing: 6–8 months before your phase one launch.
You'll leave with: current state analysis, end-to-end future-state journeys, defined user groups and their needs, and a phased implementation plan.
Design Workshop
Your team
A facilitated one-day workshop where your team is introduced to Experience Design and the methodology to implement up-leveled constituent touchpoints without overhauling major programs.
How we'll work: 3 prep calls, a 6-hour workshop day, 1 debrief, and support as you need it.
Best timing: 4–6 weeks before the workshop.
You'll leave with: A prioritized list of engaging, elevated touchpoints that the team will be excited to implement.
